      Verdict

Band gets the confident vote in the finale with Cantarna and Fulvio rating the main dangers. The selection finished in mid-division behind Fossgate last time out. This looks easier and with the drop in trip in his favour and from a good draw he will be hard to beat. Cantarna rates the main danger as he looks well in on his best form but all his best efforts have come on soft ground and it is hard to know if he will act on this surface. Fulvio was a fair third behind Joshua's Gold last time and with the step up in trip sure to suit he will not be far away. Sol Rojo has conditions to suit and could go well at a price but he looks weighted up to his best. Of the remainder, Emperor's Well is best when allowed to dominate and as that does not look likely here he looks worth taking on and with this in mind for the winner we return to Band who looks to have plenty in his favour.
