        Verdict

        Glastonberry finished a close-up third over C&D last time with ALMATY EXPRESS a couple of lengths behind. The latter has a 7lb claimer helping his cause today and John Weymes' prolific course winner is taken to turn the tables and notch up a remarkable 18th victory at this track. Aubrietia's earlier defeat of Marinus in a claimer over C&D brings her into the equation but Irie Ute has failed to figure in a couple of starts since his win over track and trip in May. Juarla is back on a winning mark but hasn't raced since April and Imjin River's improved recent effort came on the Fibresand at Southwell.
