        Verdict

        Irish Distinction appeared not to last home over 14f here last week and is the TEAMtalk choice to to bounce back to form. The Alan Jarvis-trained gelding is better judged on an earlier second of 19 in a handicap claimer at Warwick under a big weight earlier in the month and can prove too strong on these terms. Paul Cole is a trainer to fear on the all-weather but Strictly Speaking is a moderate performer who has something to find with the selection at the weights. City Reach has place claims but the remainder are hard to fancy.
