In depth

Verdict

Gnillah, Princess Danah and Monmouthshire form the shortlist in another competitive handicap with the nomination given to Princess Danah. The selection put in a fair effort at Bath last time in a race that has worked out well. She showed signs of greeness that day so there is every reason to expect that there is more to come from this lightly-raced filly and she is taken to lead them home. Gnillah was well-beaten over a mile at Kempton last time but this step-up in trip should suit her and with this in mind she has obvious claims. Monmouthshire hails from a top yard and caught the eye last time before fading, and if he sees out this trip then he would have a leading chance. Tabulate may prove best of the remainder, but for the winner we will stick with Princess Danah.
