      Verdict

      MASQUERADED is clear at the weights and should be winning this after finishing third behind the higher-rated Khismet in a claimer here a fortnight ago. Oyster Pearl finished behind Lady President in a handicap here last time but re-opposes on better terms and may prove the biggest danger to the selection. The rest are hard to fancy, unless the newcomer Rock Icon proves above average on his racecourse debut.
