Verdict

Colnago was beaten less than a length when placed at Pontefract on his debut but APPOINTED ONE may prove the one to side with. The latter failed to reel in the winner when drawn out wide at Chelmsford but the Godolphin colt should go close in this with normal progress. Syndicated disappointed at Ascot last time but both Quantum Impact and Just Bring It look likely improvers. Rez is a brother to a couple of winners, including the smart Happy Romance, and is preferred to stablemate Desert Games.
