Verdict

Zip Top and Byron Blue are both eased in grade but have a bit of an absence to overcome. Fort Worth has also had a break since falling behind Kilronan High at Market Rasen but is lightly raced and should be winning again soon. Mile House ran well for a long way when fifth over track and trip last time and should get a lot closer to runner-up AFICIONADO on 6lb better terms but we'll stick with Richard Newland's five-year-old, who has run well since behind the classy Champion Court on this track and still looks to be heading in the right direction. Over The Air was third here in May but has gone up a further 4lb since.
