Verdict

Micklegate Run is two from two but won’t find this easy under his penalties. Armaans Wish would have had an identical record had he not hung under pressure at Newton Abbot in May and he could easily bounce back. Glanvilles Guest and Creep Desbois were both easy winners on their respective debuts here and at Plumpton but SIMPLY BLESSED was only headed close home by the more-experienced Turn Turk on his first start here 12 days ago. The pair went clear and Peter Bowen's mare can go one better.
