In depth

Verdict

Red Scally, Inch Over and Chez Bleu are three against the field in a wide open finale and the tentative vote is given to Red Scally. The selection was a fair second on her debut behind Casewick Mist. She is sure to have learnt from the experience and given nominal improvement she will be hard to beat. Inch Over rates the main danger as he showed a modicum of ability in a point and should relish this shorter trip so he should be noted in the market. Chez Bleu is another worthy of respect as she hails from a top yard in good form and was a fair ninth in a better race behind Bennetwood. Golden Streak was a finished fifth behind Burnt Oak last time and is another that could improve for this faster surface. This is a trappy affair and the market will be all important but Red Scally is given the token vote.
