A question of whether you take a short price about Rigmarole and we are prepared to do so with obvious reservations. A high class hurdler on his day - he jumped poorly six days ago on his chasing debut. The fact that Paul Nicholls was quick to go back to the coalface with him suggests him to be none the worse and it is hoped that he treats the task with a little more relish this time around. Pharly Star is certainly no mug and could be the one to profit. A prolific pointer, he is far better than his form under rules suggests and would have taken a hand in his most recent outing at Stratford had he not fallen at the second last. Charm Offensive stays this trip albeit in his own time. Peeyoutoo was a winner of his most recent run in a Welsh point. Muttley Maguire posted a fair time in a Southwell chase. The better ground is in his favour again and he should run his usual honest race. Pollensa Bay looks well held while Peter Bowen cast-off Ruby Dante looks just about best of the rest. A stiff examination of Rigmarole's constititution and we shall watch rather than punt heavily.
