In depth
Verdict
Onefortheroadtom beat the odds-on Lalor at Exeter on his debut under Rules and looks a useful recruit to hurdles. But reports from Nicholshayne suggest SOME MAN (NAP), who receives 6lb, could also be an above-average novice with connections paying £165,000 for Polly Peachum's half-brother after he easily won a Portrush maiden between the flags in March. Pulp Fiction ran well in a Cheltenham bumper just over a year ago but may need this. Head Lad is making his racecourse debut but is nicely bred, though Aidan Coleman rides stablemate Ready And Able.
