Verdict

WOOD BANK is related to several winning jumpers and his dam is from the same family as the brilliant Denman. Nicky Henderson has booked the champion for his newcomer and the hint should be taken. Cock Of The Rock has been off the track for almost a year but won over C&D on his first start under Rules and can't be ignored. Mckyla was third at Uttoxeter on his debut last July, while Barton Stacey has won between the flags though may struggle for pace against some of these. Dirty Bertie wasn't beaten far when fifth at Exeter earlier this month and looks the pick of the remainder.
