Verdict

Gordon Elliott has his runners in fine form and Downpatrick winner Boragh Princess, who was narrowly beaten over 2m5f at Ludlow earlier this month, is bound to be popular despite her penalty but she may struggle to give weight away to David Pipe's LUCY'S PERFECT. The selection was nothing out of the ordinary on the flat but made a promising start to her hurdling career when chasing home Dark Ranger at Huntingdon earlier this week and she can go one better today. George Baker's Sworn Tigress was better than the selection on the flat and could be of interest first time over timber, while the Philip Hobbs-trained Try Cat failed to build on a decent first effort over hurdles when well beaten at Ludlow recently. Jimmy Frost's Stir On The Sea is capable but looks booked for a place at best again.
