In depth

Verdict

The Grand Visir, a decent stayer on the Flat, has all the attributes to make a hurdler but he’s had four runs over timber and only placed once. Dan's Chosen, placed between the flags, goes hurdling after just one run in a bumper and has a future but the latter comment also applies to FAIR FRONTIERES (NAP), who was just beaten by an odds-on favourite on his hurdles bow at Navan in a maiden that’s thrown up a number of subsequent winners. Le Grand Lion, Sir Jack West, Tea For Free and Night In Manhattan add to the interest.
