In depth

Verdict

Cottscroft can get his head in front at the expense of In Discussion and top weight Sky Warrior. Cottscroft comes here on the back three pleasing runs. He won over course and distance prior to finishing second to Zuleta last time out at Newton Abbot after going up nine pounds. If able to capitalize on that he will take the beating. In Discussion has four wins from eighteen starts but has been prone to injury all his racing life. He showed promise on his return to the track when finishing third but then pulled up last time out so is to be treated with caution. Sky Warrior comes here after nearly a year off but the yard are in good form of late. He carries top weight but has some classy form to his name in the past and is worth noting in the market for any support. But for the winner we return to Cottscroft.
