OSCAR FIAIN is not exactly consistent but his best form looks head and shoulders above anything achieved by his rivals and George Blackwell, who has ridden winners on the Flat and over jumps, is probably good value for his 8lb claim – the eight-year-old was second last time in a handicap at Market Rasen.
