Verdict

The veteran Peregrine Run won this last year but is 9lb higher and third-placed Organdi re-opposes on better terms. Courtland just missed out at Market Rasen when bidding for a four-timer while Brief Times landed a double when scoring at Bangor having earlier beaten GO ON CHEZ (NAP) by less than a length at Southwell. But the latter is taken to turn the tables on these more favourable terms back on his preferred good ground. Saint Arvans finished behind the above pair while Hell Red is upped in class and Ruthless Article and Killer Clown make more appeal.
