The better ground is a huge boost for Bobhopeornohope, who was all at sea on desperate going when contesting a Grade 2 at Doncaster in January. Dragon Bones isn’t straightforward but did win a mares’ Listed race at Doncaster and has since landed the odds at Hexham. Byzantium Lad made a winning start under Rules in a Ludlow maiden and Ballymillsy has been running well over longer trip in handicaps. SOUTH TERRACE may be worth another chance over this longer trip now that the ground has dried out as he might have needed his first run for Richard Newland at Plumpton following a break. Ballingers Corner is also a contender if settling better than at Southwell in February.
