In depth

Verdict

Daneva is looking high enough in the weights again and likely to find at least one too good. Chestnut Ben often travels strongly in his races but is a weak finisher and not even McCoy could get him home in front when favourite at Newton Abbot earlier this month. ESCARDO was no match for the fast-improving Castlelawn at Hexham last week but was six lengths clear of the third, who had just lost out at Southwell previously. He looks the one to be on with Cruise In Style getting little respite from the handicapper after a couple of placed efforts over course and distance.
