Verdict
Mylo gets one last chance to get his head in front with Koumba and Whispering John rating the main dangers. The selection has been in good form without winning of late but his latest second behind Boobee stets the standard in the context of this race and he need only run up to that mark to score. Koumba rates the main danger on his best form but he has been very disappointing for no apparent reason of late so can not be put forward with any confidence. Whispering John ran well after a long absence when last seen to be He is sure to have come on for the run and he could run well at a fair price if he can overcome his latest effort. Bruern showed a modicum of ability a couple of seasons ago but may need the run after a 279 day brake. Of the remainder Mr Wonderful has shown glimmers the ability to but is often let down by his jumping and for the winner we return to the consistent Mylo who will be hard to beat.
