Applesandpierres, Rebel Benefit and Crosslanes have all won on the point-to-point circuit. Dan Skelton's charge may prove the best of that trio. Panis Angelicus has won six times on the Flat in France up to 2m. He has his first run for Tim Vaughan but will be expected to pay his way and it would be no surprise to see him in the firing-line. ALWAYS ON THE RUN beat the 117-rated Set List under Wayne Hutchinson over course and distance earlier this month. That was a big step up on his first run over hurdles at Bangor and he might be capable of finding a bit more to defy his penalty. Chasing The Light shaped nicely here on debut but looks a real chasing type.
