Verdict
Truckers Delight is given the nomination here with Cadoudalas and Covert Mission the others for the shortlist. The selection was well beaten in a competitive bumper at Cheltenham when last seen in November, but this is far less competitive and on the evidence of his previous two runs he would hold solid claims. Cadoudalas showed plenty of promise on his debut in a bumper at Wincanton when finishing in mid-division and with that experience under his belt he has to be considered today. Covert Mission also ran well on her debut in a bumper at Newbury on heavy ground. If she handles this quicker ground then she would be of interest from an in-form yard, but she looks the type that will fare better when she goes hurdling. My Beautiful Loser is another interesting newcomer and is worth a look in the market, but for the winner we will return to Truckers Delight who can land the nightcap.
