Verdict

Adrrastos has never finished out of the frame and was taking on stronger opposition at Newton Abbot earlier this month. He shouldn’t be far away again, despite his penalty, but Jamie Snowden’s charge was beaten by GUSTAVE MAHLER in a bumper here a year ago when receiving 10lb and you’d have to think that Richard Johnson’s mount would come out on top again getting 7lb today having been placed in two of his three starts to date over timber. Amirr had decent bumper form for John Ferguson in 2015 but has a long absence to overcome on his first run for a new yard. The others make little appeal on what they’ve shown so far.
