Verdict

Keki Buku finally came good over course and distance last time when winning a decent little handicap from Tindaro, his first win since 2010 so there must be concerns about his ability to follow-up here. However, he should confirm placings with Oceana Gold and Trooper Clarence from that last run but CAPTAIN PAULIE may have his measure. One of a host of entries made for this contest by Evan Williams, he benefited from a fine ride to score at Uttoxeter last time for his young conditional pilot who resumes the association here and the pair can take advantage of the weight concession from the topweight. Stable companion Zama Zama is not ruled out either off 10-6.
