The drop in trip is a worry for supporters of Newmarket runner-up Tight Lipped while One Pekan hasn't run over a distance this short since his two-year-old debut. Genius Boy has also been campaigned over further so far but recent course second Afkar is better over 7f. Jonnie Skull may find this company a bit too hot but a slight easing of the ground is probably in Evident's favour and he shouldn't be far away. SECULAR SOCIETY was all at sea on soft going at Ascot last time and finished tailed off. But he'd looked a progressive sort on Polytrack previously and might be worth another chance in this grade.
