In depth

Verdict

KING'S ROAD ploughed through the mud to score at Brighton a week ago and given this doesn't look any tougher, he's taken to follow-up. Khun John has a soft ground win to his credit and has been in good form on the all-weather recently while it was testing ground when Royal Defence scored at Brighton in September but he's been well below par so far this year. Cuckoo Rock's only win so far came in heavy ground at this track and he could prove best of the rest.
