      Verdict

      None of these inspire confidence but Reine De Vitesse should do better this year and is less exposed than Lucky Louie. Forseti landed a double at Southwell early this year and has the beating of Oud Metha Bridge on that form while a couple of these can race off a lower mark back on Turf including Mythical Madness, who has rejoined David O’Meara since last in action. PACTOLUS is much better on the all-weather but his only win on Turf so far came over course and distance and having finished runner-up in a tougher handicap here subsequently, he gets a speculative vote with last week’s outing at Newmarket under his belt.
