      Verdict

The application of headgear seemed to spark a little improvement from LETABA and Ed Dunlop’s gelding may be capable of getting off the mark at the seventh time of asking. Afloat is sure to be popular having won here nine days ago and it's possible that he can defy the 6lb penalty accrued for those labours. Khangai had dropped to a winnable mark before obliging at Chepstow and Tom Marquand takes over the reins while Corporate Raider has form over course and distance and any further firming up of the ground will very much play to the chances of Julia Fielden’s runner. Handel has won here over a mile and steps up in trip.
