In depth
Verdict
Soap Wars is probably a shade high in the weights at present while Dickie Le Davoir, who was in sparkling form at the start of the season, returns from a break. Levitate would have a chance on his best form, while Deerslayer and Little Jimmy Odsox have already had a profitable season and there is no reason why the pair won't be in the firing-line again. Rocket Rob is another to consider off his current mark and makes more appeal than last month's Wolverhampton winner Shifting Star. But we'll take a chance on SEEK THE FAIR LAND, who has been running a lot better than recent form figures suggest. He hasn't won since February last year but has tumbled down the handicap as a result and is weighted to reverse Newmarket running in June with Ivory Silk.
