In depth
Verdict
Fyvie was no match for an admittedly good looking winner at Wolverhampton last time and while having to be respected she may have to settle for a minor role again with Duty having an obvious chance and getting the vote over Alasoun. The selection made a satisfactory reappearance last month when finding just Red Rocks too good at Windsor and, with plenty more to come he looks the one they all have to beat. Henry Cecil's Moonshadow is a well-related daughter of Diesis and could be worth noting in the market on her debut, while it is to be hoped that Ermine Sea is better than his debut effort at two would suggest. Call Me George has been well held in both starts so far and of more interest may be Sir Michael Stoute's Alasoun, who looks to be going the right way. Stablemate Duty has more solid claims though and he gets the vote.
