        Verdict

        Lingfield fourth Katawi is a likely improver. Brave Imp runs in his first handicap and is another for the short-list but ROYAL BRAVE has gone close on a couple of occasions and will be all the better for his third at Brighton. He gets the nod ahead of Kiss From A Rose, who was sent off favourite over 5f at Redcar last month but was hampered soon after the start and never got into contention. She is capable of better while Reaffirmed should do better this year and is preferred to Southwell specialist Razin' Hell of the others.
