Verdict
Onceaponatime is well treated judged by official BHA ratings and may do better now dropped into a claimer for the first time but he is hard to back on the evidence of recent form and a better bet looks to be SENDRENI, who gets the verdict ahead of Caribbean Coral. Andy Haynes has booked Jamie Spencer for the ride on his gelding and he has to be considered over a trip that should suit more than the five furlongs that he has been running over of late. Crocodile Bay is capable but is probably better over further and of more interest may be Russian Rocket, who represents the stable of Christine Dunnett who does well with her runners here. Richard Fahey's Lethal won well enough in the same grade at Southwell last time but this is tougher and of more interest may be Marco Botti's Secret Dubai, who has run better of late and he has to be considered dropping into this grade for the first time. The vote then goes to Michael Wigham's Sendreni, who resumed winning ways when landing a Folkestone claimer last time and he can follow up here.
