In depth
Verdict
A really hot maiden with four Newmarket yards represented by choicely-bred sorts who all showed a high level of debut promise that should make winning an ordinary maiden a formality. All will depend upon their respective levels of improvement and MUZEEL is a speculative choice in the circumstances. The form of his close Doncaster third on debut has been boosted by the success of runner-up, Timeless Flight, at York on Saturday and he was going on well in the closing stages of that initial run. Celestial Spheres was clear of the remainder when a close second to all-the-way winner Monticello at Sandown whilst Ronald R overcame a tardy stalls exit with a late flourish which took him to within a quarter of a length of the winner at Newbury. Jumira Bridge was a beaten favourite when second here on debut but like the aforementioned trio performed with any amount of promise and is well regarded by connections.
