    Verdict

    Michele Strogoff is scheduled to make a quick return to action after running unplaced at Windsor on Monday so a strong gallop is almost assured should he line up. The drop back in trip should assist his cause but SMILE A MILE (NAP) has been enjoying a good season for the Johnston team and comes into this contest on the back of a really good second to Nicholas T in Class 3 company at Ayr. This looks a slightly easier assignment albeit in the same class of contest. Dylan Hogan claims a useful 5lb off Ultimate Avenue and the Simcock inmate is of definite interest taking the step-up to a mile for the first time for current connections.
