In depth

Verdict

The opener looks a tricky affair but we will side with Doctor Parkes with both Brazillian Art and Dream of Mine. The selection has run well in defeat on both runs to date finishing third on his debut and improving on that to finish second at Sandown last time out in behind Triple aspect. If he can reproduce that effort he will take all the beating. Brazillian Art ran with credit last time out improving from his debut to finish second at Newcastle. If the ground comes up on the soft side then he has every chance of being in the shake up. Dream of Mine is a newcomer from the Godolphin camp who looks a likely type on breeding and should be noted in the betting market, but for the winner we return to Doctor Parkes.
