Verdict
Both Istikshaf and MOUNT LOGAN caught the eye on their respective debuts at Newmarket and Newbury. They have plenty of scope but Luca Cumani's colt looked as though he was more in need of his initial run and can the find necessary improvement to take this. Deadly Approach, like Istikshaf, is owned by Godolphin but it's a little off-putting to see him wearing a hood on his introduction. Grand Meister and Latin Charm are related to middle-distance winners so probably best watched on this occasion as they may make better three-year-olds.
