    Verdict

    Robert Cowell's horses are going well and he has half of the runners here. Ubetterbegood is the best handicapped horse in the race and is invariably to be seen in better company but he hasn't been running well and his stablemate ARCTIC LYNX looks the one to be on. He just failed to catch Pal Of The Cat on his reappearance at Windsor then couldn't quite hold the late thrust of Normal Equilibrium at Lingfield and compensation should be his. Peace Seeker seems to need a bit of give in the ground so could only be considered if the rains arrive but Green Monkey loves fast conditions and goes well here so isn't without a chance despite a poor latest run.
