Verdict
A very poor opener. Percy Toplis is the only course and distance winner but is badly out of form while Sussex Girl has won over 1m2f here though is on a long losing run. Take It Down Under makes his handicap debut after three moderate efforts while Mochalov has struggled off his new mark after a comfortable victory at Chelmsford. SPANISH MANE scored twice for Richard Fahey last year and made a reasonable start for new connections at Chelmsford in December so may be good enough.
