In depth

Verdict

Princess Eva went to Windsor at the beginning of the month with what looked a favourite's chance but ran her worst race to date . Sir Mark Prescott has been very patient with ALSACIENNE, whose three runs last autumn were on heavy ground and Tapeta. She's related to several winners and, being by Dalakhani, is likely to do much better in her second season. Heavensfield hasn't shown a great deal though over longer trips while though Princess Raihana showed a glimmer of ability at Doncaster in June she’s not done much subsequently.
