        Verdict

        Kidda and Harswell are both penalised after recording narrow-margin victories at Pontefract and Musselburgh respectively. Dazzling Des and Irish Eileen look likely improvers after modest debuts but one of the newcomers may prove good enough. Sun Power is a half-brother to a couple of winners and preferred to No Mercy and Monoski but a chance is taken on BOMB PROOF, who has entries in valuable sales races and is partnered by Frankie Dettori for a yard that can get one ready for action.
