Verdict
Boom The Groom had several of these behind when scoring at Goodwood and will love the fast track. He has little in hand of Bowson Fred and Harry Hurricane on the revised terms and the latter, successful here in May from just 1lb lower, can turn the tables. Duke Of Firenze also won here in May but is 9lb higher though he did run a cracker in the Stewards' Cup. Baraweez has never raced below 7f so it's a surprise to see him in this but Kevin Ryan has won this twice in the last three years so Lexington Abbey can go well under Jamie Spencer. LINE OF REASON broke the track record when scoring at Beverley in June and has continued to perform well, especially at Ascot last time. He likes fast ground and has won here in the past so is handed the vote.
