Verdict

Laughton renews rivalry with a number of those who finished behind at Goodwood. Kevin Ryan's charge has a 4lb higher mark to contend with and finished behind Midnight Malibu at Chester earlier. Tim Easterby's filly went on to score at Ascot but is also 4lb higher, though Phil Dennis' claim takes care of most of the extra. Stablemate East Street Revue is speedy but wouldn't want much rain while this is a better race than the one Lady Macapa won at Windsor and she was behind Sign of The Kodiac at Newmarket earlier. CELEBRATION was fourth behind Laughton last time but has every chance of reversing that form here and gets the vote in a tricky finale, though a visor might well wake up the frustrating Lathom.
