Verdict
Action Point was a revelation stepping up to 6f at Newbury but was nine lengths behind Johannes Brahms over 5f in the Windsor Castle at Royal Ascot earlier. Out of a winning miler, the Ballydoyle runner should have no problem with the extra furlong but the tough KYLIAN was keeping on when third in the Molecomb at Goodwood and should also last home over the trip. Haatem is already proven in this grade having won the Vintage Stakes at Goodwood, though that was over 7f and he has a penalty to carry. King's Gamble impressed on debut at Newmarket and should again beat Lake Forest.
