Castleford welcome back Ryan Hudson and Nick Fozzard from injury as they look to extend their unbeaten record against Hull KR.
Hudson missed the win over Huddersfield a fortnight ago having suffered a neck/shoulder injury at Millennium Magic against Wakefield, whilst Fozzard has recovered from a groin injury which has made him sit out both fixtures.
Teenage hooker Daryl Clark, 17, retains his place in the side after impressing as Hudson's replacement, along with the rest of the 17 on duty against the Giants.
It means head coach Matterson will again field five players under the age of 20 who have come through the Tigers academy.
Hull KR are without prop Joel Clinton, as well as scrum-half Michael Dobson, but hooker Ben Fisher returns after missing the last two games with a hamstring injury.
Matt Cook hopes to make his first appearance of the season in Clinton's absence, while youngster Sam Latus is also brought into coach Justin Morgan's 19-man squad.
Castleford squad: Mathers, Dixon, Youngquest, Arundel, Chase, Orr, Jackson, Hudson, Huby, Emmitt, Ferres, Jones, Walker, Milner, Fozzard, Aspinwall, Holmes, Widders, Clark.
Hull KR squad: Cockayne, Galea, Green, Fisher, Newton, Hall, Hodgson, Netherton, Welham, Colbon, Watts, Cook, Vella, Fox, Latus, Murrell, Wheeldon, Taylor, Briscoe.
