The 20-year-old Wales international was given a squad number for this season but started the campaign on loan at Championship club Batley.
Tigers coach Ian Millward has also included winger Richard Owen and prop Jonathan Walker in his 19-man cut - both of whom made appearances for Keighley last weekend under dual registration.
Winger Justin Carney and forward Weller Hauraki are unavailable through suspension, while Millward expects Jake Webster and Lee Gilmour to feature after injuries.
London Broncos coach Tony Rea makes just one change to his squad for the trip north with Australian winger Michael Robertson replacing Scott Wheeldon.
Broncos' utility back Luke Dorn will be making his 150th appearance for the club.
Both sides enter the seventh round of action looking for just their second win with the pair sitting in the bottom three.
Castleford will be looking to rediscover their scoring touch after losing 52-0 to Hull last time out, while London aim to move from the foot of the table.
Castleford squad: Owen, Shenton, Webster, Dixon, Chase, Ellis, Walker, Clark, Huby, Gilmour, Millington, Emmitt, Milner, Massey, Holmes, Thompson, Tansey, Fleming, Mason
London squad: Bailey, Bryant, Channing, Clubb, Cook, Colbon, Dixon, Dorn, Fisher, Gower, Kaufusi, Krasniqi, Lee, Lovell, Randall, Robertson, Rodney, Sarginson, Witt
What they said...
Castleford coach Ian Millward
"Webster and Gilmour only ran in training on Thursday so we'll see how they pull up, but if they're alright then they come back in as the two replacements for Carney and Hauraki."
London back Luke Dorn
"I'm so proud with every milestone I achieve with the club and I hold it very dearly. To do it for London and to be here for so long to play that many games is something I'm very proud of."
