Castleford boss Terry Matterson has named International Origin half-back Rangi Chase in his squad to face Wigan on Sunday.
Chase's fitness, like that of all the other Origin players, will depend on how he comes out of the match on Friday night.
Prop forward Nathan Massey, hooker Ryan Hudson and utility back Ryan McGoldrick have all been drafted into the squad, with Stuart Jones, Nick Youngquest and the injured Jonathan Walker stepping down.
Wigan coach Michael Maguire has retained the same 19-man squad that travelled to Catalans last week.
That means the England quartet of Sam and Joel Tomkins, Sean O'Loughlin and Michael McIlorum and the Exiles' George Carmont, Pat Richards and Thomas Leuluai will all make the trip to Castleford, pending injury.
Castleford squad: Mathers, Dixon, Arundel, Owen, Chase, Orr, Jackson, Hudson, Emmitt, Snitch, Ferres, Milner, Fozzard, Aspinwall, Massey, Thompson, McGoldrick, Widders, Clark.
Wigan squad: S. Tomkins, Carmont, Richards, Deacon, Leuluai, McIlorum, Hansen, J. Tomkins, O'Loughlin, Prescott, Lima, Hoffman, Finch, Mossop, Farrell, Tuson, Marsh, Charnley, Hughes.
