Toulouse Olympique claimed bragging rights in the French derby by scoring 10 tries in a 60-18 thrashing of Catalans Dragons.
The inaugural French-Magic WKND took place at the Stade Pierre-Fabre in Castres, where Toulouse dominated to claim their biggest win of the year and fifth victory of the Super League season.
Luke Polselli, Mathieu Jussaume, Brendan Hands and Olly Ashall-Bott each scored twice for Toulouse, while Thomas Lacans and Paul Ulberg also got on the scoresheet.

Jake Shorrocks converted nine of the 10 tries and added an 11th-minute penalty as they moved six points clear of Huddersfield Giants at the bottom of the Super League table.
Kruise Leeming, Matthieu Laguerre and Toby Sexton were the try scorers for Catalans, whose heavy defeat in the heat and humidity of Castres leaves them in eighth place and six points outside the play-off places.
Polselli opened the scoring for Toulouse in the sixth minute but Catalans found themselves 12-8 ahead midway through the first half, only for Toulouse to run in four tries in a remarkable 11-minute burst to open a 20-point half-time advantage.
Sexton converted his own try three minutes into the second half to raise hopes of a Catalans comeback, but Ashall-Bott's 53rd-minute score and Ulberg's try four minutes later, after a brilliant wide pass from Shorrocks, restored Toulouse's commanding lead.
Ashall-Bott added his second in the 63rd minute from an Ulberg pass, before two late Shorrocks tries in the 71st and 75th minutes extended the winning margin for Sylvain Houles' side, who recorded their first ever win over Catalans and the biggest winning margin in the club's short Super League history.
The all-French clash was the only Magic Weekend fixture not taking place at Everton's Hill Dickinson Stadium, with three being played on Saturday and three more to come on Sunday.
'A big statement from Toulouse'
Player of the Match Olly Ashall-Bott speaking to Sky Sports...
"I feel like we put everything into practice tonight, and to come up with a score like that... I'm not sure anyone predicted that.
"I didn't think I was going to get there on that on that second try, I was running out of gas, but that's my game, just skipping about and trying to cause mayhem. I was lucky I got over a couple times to help the team.
"I'm not a big stats guy, so I don't really look too much into that. I just want the team to win and do well, that's my main priority.
"We really needed the two points tonight. There's a couple of teams below us and we're climbing that ladder. I think that's a big statement from Toulouse tonight. We're here to play, not just take part.
"We just take each game as it comes. I know it's a cliche, but I feel like with this team, when we really put our minds to it, we can cause trouble for other teams. I'd love to say push for top six, but anything's possible. Let's just go for it."
'A real punch in the face for Catalans'
Catalans Dragons Head Coach John Cartwright speaking to Sky Sports...
"Look, it's out of the blue. I thought we've been competing pretty well over the last five to six weeks, but it's a real punch in the face, that one.
"We've got to win games. It's probably good that we're playing the league leaders [Leeds Rhinos] next week.
"When things like that happen to you, and it's happened to all of us at different stages, it's the mark of a man of what he does when he comes back.
"There's not much point talking about where we went wrong, because we were wrong pretty much from the time we got on the bus to the time the whistle blew at the end.
"We are not going to fix all that in a week. It's about pride."
