Warrington kept the pressure on engage Super League leaders Wigan with a 25-12 victory over Catalan Dragons in Perpignan.
The Wolves remain just one point behind the Warriors as Tony Smith's side fought back from a 12-6 halt-time deficit with three unanswered tires after the break.
Stand-off Lee Briers pulled the strings for Warrington on his return from injury as the home side were locked out in the last 10 minutes and could not get anything from the game.
The Dragons had earlier opened the scoring with a Scott Dureau penalty and extended the lead in the 16th minute when Damien Blanch took Dureau's long pass in for a try.
Chris Bridge found a response for Warrington when he pounced on a loose ball and raced the length of the field to score, converting under the posts.
Interval
But veteran Steve Menzies ensured the Dragons went into the interval ahead after he raced onto another fine pass from Dureau pass to touch down.
Warrington started the second half well and by the 45th minute they had erased the six-point deficit as Bridge crossed the try-line after taking in a pass from Chris Rilet, with the former also converted.
Both sides were then denied by the video referee, with the home side aggrieved that official Thierry Alibert did not refer a number of other decisions upstairs as they believed they had gone over the line.
And with 11 minutes remaining it was Warrington that went in front as Louis Anderson capitalised on a Menzies mistake to offload to the supporting Ryan Atkins, with Bridge adding the extras.
With seven minutes left, Briers slotted over a 35-yard drop goal to give his side a seven-point lead that meant Catalan fell two scores behind.
But they could not reduce the gap in any way as Warrington grabbed another try when Briers stole an interception to score, leaving Bridge with a simple conversion.
