Crusaders welcome back Tony Martin for Sunday's clash with Bradford at the Racecourse, which is live on Sky Sports.
The former Wakefield centre, who has been sidelined for the last five weeks with a hamstring injury, could be thrust into a half-back role due to injuries.
Stand-off Michael Witt is ruled out for the hosts after picking up a knee problem in the defeat at Harlequins last Sunday.
Crusaders coach Brian Noble is also without first-choice scrum-half Jarrod Sammut, who fractured a cheekbone in the last home game against Wigan.
The Welsh side have lost their last three outings in the engage Super League since beating the Bulls 19-0 during Magic Weekend in Murrayfield.
"I'm itching to get back playing. It has been frustrating watching the boys from the sidelines, they are working hard week in week out and it will be good to get out there and help them out," Martin said.
"Hopefully we can start stringing a few results together in the second part of the season and I can help them with that."
Forwards Jamie Thackray and loose forward Rocky Trimarchi are named in the 19-man squad having sat out the game at the Twickenham Stoop.
McNamara missing
Bradford have Nick Scruton available after he was not picked by his club boss, Steve McNamara, for England's side to face France on Saturday.
With their head coach away on international duty this weekend, Bulls assistant coach Lee St Hilaire has named a 19-man squad for the trip to Wales.
Scruton's availability, along with the return of Jamie Langley, is a boost to a Bulls pack that will be without Andy Lynch for the next four matches following knee surgery.
Utility back Brett Kearney returns but scrum-half Matt Orford has not recovered sufficiently to play. Cain Southernwood drops out of the squad as he is with the England Academy in France.
St Hilaire will have to make a change at centre with Michael Platt suspended.
The Ireland international was hit with a two-game ban after being found guilty of a dangerous tackle during last week's 52-6 defeat to Huddersfield.
Crusaders squad: Thomas, Youngquest, Martin, Mellars, O'Hara, Withers, Bryant, Hauraki, Chan, Trimarchi, Dyer, Winternstein, Peek, Thackray, James, Flower, Lupton, Schifcofske, Hanbury.
Bradford squad: Addy, Crossley, Sheriffe, Kopczak, Kearney, Scruton, Menzies, Wardle, Godwin, L'Estrange, Halley, Nero, Reardon, Sykes, Hall, Olbison, Worrincy, Whitehead, Langley.
