Crusaders will be hoping to make it back-to-back home wins against high-flying opponents when they host Wigan on Sunday.
The Welsh club recorded a shock 38-6 triumph over table-topping Huddersfield in their last outing at the Racecourse on Good Friday, though they did then lose away at Leeds on Easter Monday.
Despite that success over the Giants the Crusaders - who made the play-offs last season - still prop up the rest in the Super League standings.
Coach Iestyn Harris has made two changes to his 19-man squad from the one named for the game against the Rhinos.
Adam Peek is drafted in to replace the suspended Richard Moore while Ben Flower has recovered from a hamstring problem, meaning Jordan James drops out.
Having been rested for the clash with Leeds, prop Mark Bryant is expected to feature against the reigning champions. Lincoln Withers (hamstring) and Vince Mellars (rib) are both still sidelined but should return next week.
Definite improvement
"We didn't play well against Warrington but we showed definite improvement against Huddersfield and Leeds," said Harris.
"Now we've got Wigan and we want to test ourselves against the best sides in Super League. It is important that we can perform well and consistently against the big teams."
Wigan, meanwhile, enjoyed a perfect Easter period, following up a last-gasp triumph over rivals St Helens at the DW Stadium on Good Friday with a shut-out success away at Wakefield.
Warriors coach Michael Maguire is unable to call upon the same 19 again, though, as Harrison Hansen is ruled out with a knee injury.
The forward was hurt in the first half of the 26-0 win at the Wildcats and is set to be sidelined for around a month.
Young prop Dominic Crosby has been drafted in to take Hansen's place in the squad but Chris Tuson is the most likely replacement in the final 17.
Amos Roberts is once again overlooked by Maguire - the Australian has not featured in the first team since the 22-22 draw at Leeds at the start of April.
